This web site is designed to provide small business owners eighteen years or older, nonprofits, public service agencies and individuals such as teachers, parents and guardians of youth interested in entrepreneurship with access to various and proprietary collection of digital technology. If you are not a parent or guardian of the youth business brand or owner participant, teacher or administrator, or authorized program license holder then you are not authorized to use this web site. If at any time you are not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we have the right to terminate your rights of use and access to this web site. Tuition
CDMA Business Model has both public and private sections of this web site. Access to these private sections requires a username and password which are created during the membership process. CDMA Business Model offers installment payment plans to make it easier for users to budget their financial obligations. Upon membership enrollment or subscription, small business owners eighteen years or older, nonprofits, public service agencies and individuals such as teachers, parents and guardians of youth interested in entrepreneurship (Users) are agreeing to pay the total fee for the then-current year either in full or according to an installment plan. All Users on a payment plan that withdraw are responsible for the fee balance. No access will be issued for users who withdraw with a fee balance. Membership or Subscription Fees include access to up to six (6) months and Program License Fees may be extended for three (3) years. Users who wish to enroll in additional memberships, subscriptions or courses may seek guidance from our Program Consultants. If approved, there will be additional fees for these additional memberships, subscriptions or courses. Users must complete ALL work in order to attain access to comprehensive modules, quizzes, and/or certificates.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy
Due to proprietary software, content, intellectual property, we offer a 5 day refund policy on Single Course Enrollment Only. Individuals have 5 days to determine if the CDMA Business Model courses suit the needs of their brand goals. Refunds will be granted according to the following policies as long as the Individuals withdraw from the Course via written notice as specified. The only written notice we will accept is our Course Withdrawal Form. (Please download and complete the Withdrawal Form with appropriate signature (s) and fax to our office). We will not accept verbal withdrawals or any other means of withdrawals. Refunds are issued minus the non-refundable subscription fee. There are no absolutely no refunds after 5 days; however, a user can withdraw at any time. Students must complete ALL work in order to attain access to comprehensive modules, quizzes, and/or certificates. There are no refunds for website and graphic design services. Website and Graphic Designs go under up to 3 rounds of modifications based on your package. Check the details within your Membership or Course Outline prior to enrollment.

Financial Responsibility
CDMA Business Model offers installment payment plans to make it easier for users to cover costs. These plans are offered interest free as long as invoice payments are not late. For accounts that are not current, CDMA Business Model may apply a finance charge 1.5% (18% annually and subject to State and National regulations) is added on a monthly basis and will accumulate until the account is paid. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 Return Check Fee. Accounts that are placed in collection because of non-payment are subject to additional fees as permitted by law. The account holder is responsible for all collection costs associated with collection activities for accounts that are cancelled for non-payment. Accounts cancelled or suspended for non-payment are subject to reporting to credit agencies and collection services. Users on a payment plan that withdraw are responsible for the tuition balance. No access to comprehensive modules, quizzes, and/or certificates with a fee balance. All packages that are invoiced are non-refundable as it relates to Brand and Business Development or Strategy & Logistics or Consulting. There are no guarantees as we serve to support and assistant with the development of new businesses and applications for 501(c)3 tax exemptions. We are not a law firm and do not offer legal advice nor do we offer accounting support, please contact your attorney or certified public accountant for additional support.

 
Suspension, Expulsion And Withdrawal
Suspension is a temporary discontinuance of access to CDMA Business Model private sections. Users remain enrolled during a suspension and all financial responsibilities remain in effect during a suspension. Users must pay the remaining balance immediately. Suspension can occur for a variety of reasons.

Privacy
We recommend that you review our Privacy Policy that is posted on this web site, which is part of these Terms of Use and which we may amend at any time. If at any time you are not in compliance with the policy, we have the right to terminate your rights of use and access to this web site. Unfortunately, we cannot ensure that all personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
