We Certify Partners
We license our standards and platform to school districts, workforce boards, and mission-aligned execution partners, certifying them to operate a Certified Program Environment™. Partners bring their own programming. The standard governs the environment it runs inside.
We Set the Standard
Every certified program operates under our proprietary Harlem Renaissance Operational Standards™ and is measured against the 4E Cycle: Engage, Explore, Enrich, Empower (inquire within for details).
We Deliver Directly
Our signature programs , Youth Traffic Safety Town Hall® and VOICE BOX Next-Gen Sonic AI® run through CDMA Business Model®’s own apprentice work-based learning programming. We host apprentices, supervise them, and document every hour against national workforce standards.
Outcomes Are Measured and Credentialed
Apprentice progress is assessed against the 4E Cycle and documented through the Evidence-Based CTE Ecosystem®, producing a competency-based credential that is portable, verifiable, and recognized across the CDMA Business Model® network.
Who We License To
Our standard is built to be operated by others, not just us. We certify school districts, workforce boards, corporate training teams, and mission-aligned nonprofit and community partners to deliver programming under the CDMA Business Model® framework extending consistent, industry-recognized standards well beyond what any single organization could run on its own.
CDMA Business Model Signature Programs
Signature programs such as the Youth Traffic Safety Town Hall are episodic, scheduled events where apprentices apply their training in a public setting.

Every framework we license is built to align with state and federal workforce development requirements from day one, not retrofitted after the fact.
