What We Do

Standards and licensing, built for four kinds of partners.

Education Consulting — Institutional Design Curriculum built for where the field is going, not where it's been. We provide enrollment strategy, retention design, and accreditation guidance for institutions in motion.

Education Consulting — Institutional Design
Curriculum built for where the field is going, not where it’s been. We provide enrollment strategy, retention design, and accreditation guidance for institutions in motion.

Workforce Standards — Benchmarks & Credentials
Competency frameworks, micro-credentials, and compliance audits that define what “qualified” means in your industry, delivered through the 4E Cycle Empower Enrich Engage Explore. Apprentice growth is documented and credentialed through our Certified Program Environment™  turning participation into industry-grade portfolio evidence, not just a one-time experience.

Work-Based Learning — School Liaisons & Placement
On-site liaisons and SYEP / Work, Learn & Grow placements that connect students to real workplace experience coordinated in classrooms and through official work-based learning programs.

Enterprise Licensing — Scale & Deployment
Proprietary content, white-labeled platforms, and turnkey toolkits that partners can deploy on day one, at any scale  powered by the Evidence-Based CTE Ecosystem®, the technology infrastructure behind every certified partnership.

Reach & Rigor

Built to extend beyond us, and built to hold up when it’s reviewed.

We Set the Standard
Every program begins with the 4E Cycle Empower Enrich Engage Explore, governed by our proprietary Harlem Renaissance Operational Standards™  the benchmark every credential we issue is measured against.

We Certify Partners
Rather than deliver programming ourselves, we license our curriculum, standards, and platform to school districts, workforce boards, and mission-aligned execution partners  certifying them to operate a Certified Program Environment™ under the CDMA standard.

Partners Deliver, at Their Scale
Certified partners run the day-to-day work — classroom instruction, apprenticeship placements, community programming  while CDMA Business Model provides the framework, credentialing structure, and school-based liaison support that keeps it consistent.

Outcomes Are Measured and Credentialed
Every learner’s progress is assessed against the 4E Cycle Empower Enrich Engage Explore and documented through the Evidence-Based CTE Ecosystem®, resulting in a competency-based credential that’s portable, verifiable, and recognized across every partner in the CDMA Business Model network.

Who We License To

Our standard is built to be operated by others, not just us. We certify school districts, workforce boards, corporate training teams, and mission-aligned nonprofit and community partners to deliver programming under the CDMA Business Model framework extending consistent, industry-recognized standards well beyond what any single organization could run on its own.

CDMA Business Model Signature Programs
Signature programs such as the Youth Traffic Safety Town Hall are episodic, scheduled events where apprentices apply their training in a public setting.

Compliance & Standards Alignment

Every framework we license is built to align with state and federal workforce development requirements from day one — not retrofitted after the fact. Partners operating under the CDMA standard get a credentialing structure designed to hold up under regulatory review, audit, and reporting requirements specific to their sector.
